In the first four months of 2024, the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved two catheter-based systems for repairing regurgitant (leaky) tricuspid valves: the Evoque transcatheter tricuspid valve repair system and the TriClip™ transcatheter edge-to-edge repair system.
